These terms govern your use of Hadithly, provided by the developer identified as the seller on its store listing. By using Hadithly, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Reading and religious information
Hadithly is a reading and reference tool. Translations, authenticity information, and AI-generated text can contain errors or scholarly differences. AI text is labeled. Do not treat Hadithly as a substitute for qualified scholarly, legal, medical, or other professional advice.
Accounts and private data
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Do not share passwords or one-time codes. You may use the app without an account, but sync, proposals, notifications, and AI translation requests can require one.
Hadithly Pro
Hadithly Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription that increases the AI translation allowance. Your store shows the price and billing period before purchase. The subscription renews unless you cancel it through the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation keeps access through the paid period. Store refund rules apply.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass limits, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or submit content that you do not have the right to provide.
Your submissions
You keep ownership of translation proposals and evidence that you submit. You give Hadithly permission to store, process, review, and display submitted material as needed to operate the contribution flow. Do not submit confidential material or material that violates another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
We may fix, change, suspend, or stop parts of Hadithly. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Where the law allows, Hadithly is provided without warranties and its developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
